Can't find your answer?
Who can buy on Siridhaniya?
Siridhaniya is for businesses — kirana stores, retailers, hotels, restaurants, caterers and institutions. Anyone can sign up with a mobile number; prices and ordering open up once your business is verified.
Why can't I see prices yet?
Wholesale prices are shown only to verified businesses. Upload at least one document — GST certificate, FSSAI licence, Udyam (MSME) certificate, shop licence or a shop photo — and you will see prices once it is approved.
Do you deliver to my area?
Enter your 6-digit pincode in the checker at the top of this page. Delivery is organised by area; once you add your shop, the app and website show your area's delivery days and minimum order.
Is there a minimum order or a delivery charge?
The minimum order and any delivery charge depend on your delivery area. You will see them in your cart before you place the order.
How can I pay?
You can pay on delivery or pay online at checkout. Businesses approved for credit can also order on credit within their limit.
Can I manage more than one shop?
Yes. Add each outlet as a shop in your account, then pick which shop you are ordering for. Each shop has its own delivery address.
Can I use both the app and the website?
Yes. Sign in with the same mobile number on the Android app or on this website — your shops, cart and orders are the same on both.
What if an item is damaged or missing?
Report it at delivery or from the order in your account as soon as possible. See our refund & returns policy for details.
